Both parties must confirm they worked together before either can leave a review. This stops fake reviews and keeps feedback honest. Once both sides confirm, each person rates the other on overall experience, quality, and reliability. Reviews are visible only to verified members.
Reviews must be honest, first-hand, and about the work. No personal attacks, no criminal accusations, and no claims you can't back up. Defamatory reviews are removed and may breach Australian defamation law. If you didn't work the job, you can't review it — simple.
