These guidelines exist to keep The Network professional, safe, and valuable for everyone in the trade.
1. Professional Use Only
Contact information shared on The Network — including phone numbers, emails, and business details — is to be used strictly for professional purposes.
- Hiring workers for jobs or crew listings
- Responding to job enquiries
- Professional networking within the construction industry
2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Any harassment, misuse of contact information, spam, unsolicited marketing, or inappropriate communication via The Network is strictly prohibited.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Unwanted or repeated contact after being asked to stop
- Using contact details for purposes outside of professional job coordination
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language
- Sharing another member's contact details without consent
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from The Network.
3. Accurate Profiles
All profile information must be truthful and current. Misrepresenting qualifications, licensing, or experience undermines the trust this community is built on.
4. Honest Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine work experience. Fake reviews, self-reviews, or reviews coordinated to manipulate reputation are prohibited and will be removed.
5. Report Misconduct
If you experience or witness harassment or misuse of the platform, report it immediately to admin.thenetworkau@gmail.com.
